My name is Chris Raposo, and I am the owner of a 1996 Nissan 300zx twin turbo. I am from East Providence, RI. I bought my Z32 in June 2020. When I purchased the vehicle, it was 100% stock. The paint was fading and it needed some attention. I painted the front and rear bumpers, the hood, blended the front fenders, and gave the car a good buffing. All this work I did was with the help of my 9-year-old son. This car was always a New England car but thankfully it was garaged and not driving in horrible weather conditions. I am the third owner.

Motor: stock twin turbo long block.
Intake: stock turbo, HKS pop charger, Z1 intercoolers, Z1 silicone piping, HKS SSQV recirculated BOVs.
Exhaust: Megan Racing down pipes, 2.5” test pipes, HKS Hi-Power cat-back exhaust.
Fuel: stock.
Suspension: ISR coilovers, Energy Suspension sway bar bushings, Z1 metal collars for the rear subframe.
Brakes: Master cylinder brace.
Misc: Nistune type 4 board tuned by Harry Sandhu, Innovation wide band and boost controller, stock flywheel with z1 full disk street clutch, upgraded 350z clutch fork and pivot ball.
Exterior: Twinz side skirts, Twinz front bumper air ducts, Stillen type 2 front lip.
Wheels and tires: 18x9 kansei with Nitto 555s 245-45-18
Interior/electronics: cluster updated with LEDs from zshack, Concept Z Performance shift knob, Alpine head unit, Alpine 6.5” door and rear speakers, Alpine type s 10” sub woofer with Pioneer amp.
The number one reason I love this car is the way it drives. The handling is amazing with the upgrades done to the suspension. You can throw it into a corner at 70mph and not be worried, or you can do a pull on a straight away and just get pushed back into the seat! It’s an amazing feeling. The sound of the HKS exhaust is the cherry on top. When I was in high school, age 17, I had a 1993 300zx 2+0 manual, white with black leather interior. I fell in love with the car, and ever since then I’ve been on the hunt for a twin turbo. Finally, at age 28, I found this Z. The car is my weekend warrior.
