Darius’s LS Swapped Fairlady
About the owner:
Hello everyone! My name is Darius Carvalho and I am the owner of a AG2 1990 300ZX 2+0. I am from Rhode Island. I have always been passionate about cars even though sometimes I make bad decisions with them. My greatest decision thus far, has been purchasing a Z32. The first Z I owned was back in May of 2020 which was sold in just a few months, which then led me to have one imported from Japan. Everyone always asks why right hand drive? I just say “I’m training to become a mailman”. Truly the real reason is growing up my cousin bought a RHD clip from Japan for his Acura Integra, which he built from the ground up. Seeing him finish that car and letting me drive it was so cool to me (I was 16). Ever since then I always wanted a RHD car. I purchased the Z in August of 2020, and it was delivered to me in September of 2020 as an original Twin Turbo Fairlady Z from The Import Guys located in Washington state. The car has come a long way since then with a new power plant (LS Swapped). It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but I enjoy sipping it.

My favorite thing about my Z would have to be the rareity of it; a RHD LS swapped Fairlady Z. I also enjoyed building the car with the help of a few random guys, who are now some of my best friends. You don’t see that type of camaraderie every day. The Z community has to be one of the greatest car cultures I have been apart of in my 31 years on this earth.
This car is my weekend warrior/show car. It will see the track every now and again just to have some fun.
Future plans will be finishing the car as it was supposed to be (single turbo LS swap), some new paint, and a few other miscellaneous cosmetic things to come as well. Thank you, cheers!
